The Low Carb High Fat movement is huge in Sweden. More and more people over in the Scandinavian countries turn their back on grains and low fat food. One exception is Denmark who added a fat tax but the high fat movement is thriving in Sweden and Norway. One of the most influential persons in this movement is the Diet Doctor, Andreas Eenfeldt, MD.
