We work with our athletes to determine the proper diet and nutritional needs to accompany their training plans. One on one communication assures that the training plans fit your needs and your current life commitments.
Is a traditional Naturopath and a Master Herbalist. He is a Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor educated at the Cory Holly Institute. He has been cycling for well over 20 years, and is a licensed coach with USA Cycling and USA Track and Field. He uses his training on natural health and coaching to build a comprehensive training plan that builds health, fitness, and performance.
Is a an Aromatherapist. She makes her own products especially designed for sport. As an Aromatherapist she designs products specializing in maintaining the wellbeing of the body which is pushed by the sports to the limits of endurance, stamina and skill.
